Ride-hailing app, Wow announced on Tuesday that it will officially launch its e-transport services in the UAE from January 6.
Commenting on the launch, Ahsan Iftikhar, transportation head at Wow said, ”A new app being launched is a new year’s gift for the people of the UAE; an app with fine electronic transport service that meets the growing needs of travellers, people living and communities existing within of the UAE. Starting from Dubai, the state-of-the-art service will be available in other emirates very soon. Hoping that 2021 will be a great year, Wow has designed its service to cater to the needs of the travellers,”
The company said that its services will be available in Dubai from January 6, 2021, and will operate in all other emirates soon. Wow also plans to enter major metropolitan cities across the world after this.
The company has announced 12 categories that will allow users to pick any category as per their transportation needs. The various options that Wow has to offer are, Wow Easy, Wow Economy, Wow Long Drive, Wow School, Wow Luxury, Wow VIP, Wow Emergency, Wow Premium XL, Wow Kids, Wow Ladies, Wow Family, and Wow Stretch Limo.
Taking into account the problems that arose due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Wow Electronic Transport Services has come up with opportunities for the drivers to earn more money, especially in Dubai and across the world, the company said.
