His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai has permitted the advisory council of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy and board of directors as part of just founded structure.
Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy was in recent days constructed as part of three different new chambers, under an overextending Dubai Chambers, to lead a significant economic development in Dubai and promote its place as a world-leading business hub. This latest chamber is going to play a central role in shifting Dubai into an international technology hub and enticing vital investment in e-commerce and emerging advanced technologies.
Sheikh Mohammed said that they target to place Dubai as an important hub for developing the future of the digital economy. Our attempts in the upcoming time will completely be dedicated to building new high-end tech instruments and leading successful experiences in the digital sector.
Omar Sultan Al Olama conducted the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy’s board where Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Ahmad bin Byat, Khalid Al Tayer, Mona Ataya, Rashid Al Ghurair, Rashid Mohamed Alabbar, Fadi Ghandour, Ronaldo Mouchawar, Mansour Al Habtoor, Dany Farha, Mudassir Sheikha, Hind Seddiqi, and Elissa Freiha included.
According to its figures, there are 12 business incubators, and 90 investment funds in the digital sector associated here from the overall UAE. This country is now hosting 1,400 SMEs with a total worth of Dh100 billion, which receive Dh1.5 billion in funding.
