This huge statement has announced on Tuesday by Pavel Durov its Russia-born founder. He wrote on his official channel of Telegram that, these bonds were sold to different greatest and most well-learned investors throughout the globe.
Durov also stated that this will consider Telegram to build-up when sticking to its prices and retaining independence. He said this investment will fuel the constructive strategy of these apps that were defined in December, according to that point, this year the platform will release paid services.

Telegram was originated in 2013 by Nikolai Durov and Pavel Derov brothers, who also established Russia’s one of the greatest social media network VKontakte.
