Facebook has launched a new tool earlier this year called Transfer your Information that enabled users to transfer their data to various apps. At the time, Facebook had said that its new tool would enable its users to directly transfer their posts and notes to Google Docs, Blogger, Backblaze, Dropbox, Google Photos, Koofr and WordPress. Today, the social media giant announced yet another update to this tool. This update enables users to share their information on Google Calendar and Photobucket.
To put it in a nutshell, now users will be able to transfer and save events from Facebook on Google reminders, which in turn will enable them to get reminders for the upcoming events that they are interested in. They will also be able to share their best snapshots on Photobucket. The company also said that apart from introducing two new destinations, it has also introduced a new data type, which includes Facebook events. So now, Facebook users can more easily see what destinations and what data types are supported by this tool and Facebook is trying to make it easier for users to retry certain transfers.
